Albona-Grat and Stuben

Here we find the right combinations for individualists, and strong slopes for schussers (beginners should hire a local guide - it's worth it). Skiers based in Stuben have a powder paradise at their front doorstep, while those in Lech take the lift to Zurs and the bus to Alpe Rauz. St. Anton and St. Christoph skiers come over the Vallfagehr peak. Trying to count all of the runs and tours from the Maroj-Sattel or Albona Grat would be an exercise in futility, but the endless slopes offer a multitude of adventures for the true ski buff.
