On the Rendl

With its seven lifts and rails, Rendl is like a ski area within a ski area. Rendl is challenging enough not to bore advanced skiers, but not so tough as to scare off the beginner. The area is especially interesting for tour skiers: the approximately 20 variations are best covered with a guide. A favorite route is over the Kreuzjoch (pass) over the Gampberg through the Moos or Malfontal to St. Anton. Even mogul mavens can become addicted to its wide, untouched slopes.
